How the phone bank works.
Fill out the form below. Tell us your availability and whether you need volunteer hour verification.
Short 30-minute virtual orientation. We walk you through the script, the mission, and how to handle common questions.
We provide a call list and the script. You call from your own phone or computer — no special equipment needed.
Work through your list at your own pace. Each call takes 2–3 minutes. You direct interested donors to our donation page.
Log your calls in a simple form. We track results and send you a volunteer hour verification letter.

You: “Hi, my name is [your name] and I'm a volunteer with The Warrior Outreach Project — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides free housing, mental health care, and job training to homeless veterans.”
You: “Right now, 22 veterans are lost to suicide every day and over 35,000 are sleeping on the streets tonight. We're working to change that, and we're trying to raise $3 million in 2026 to expand our programs to more cities.”
